A3 Transilvania: 78% execuție pe lotul Chiribiș-Biharia

The construction of the Chiribiș-Biharia section of the A3 Transylvania Highway has reached 78% completion, with significant progress in asphalt laying and bridge installations. The National Company for Road Investments (CNIR) reported that the project is ahead of schedule, with daily asphalt application of 3,000 tons. The project, valued at 785 million lei, is funded by European funds and is expected to be completed by May 2027, with potential traffic opening in December 2026, depending on weather conditions. The construction team is mobilized effectively, with over 500 workers and 400 machines on site.
