Construction progress on the A1 highway section Margina – Holdea has reached about 70%, with significant advancements in bridge installations. The first bridge has all 64 beams installed, while the second bridge is 65% complete with 82 out of 208 beams in place. Additional work includes the installation of deck reinforcements and road safety elements. Following a failed PNRR funding, the project will now be financed from the state budget, with a contract value exceeding 1.82 billion lei without VAT.
