Heavy snowfall has covered the Transfăgărășan road and Prislop Pass, prompting warnings for drivers. The DRDP Brașov is actively clearing snow and advises against travel without winter-ready vehicles. Weather conditions are expected to remain harsh, with low visibility and temperatures dropping significantly in mountainous areas. Tourists are urged to check weather conditions and prepare adequately before heading out.
