Stela Neagu, the wife of renowned writer Fănuș Neagu, has passed away, as announced by deputy Ionuț Vulpescu. He reflected on their deep bond and shared experiences, highlighting her vibrant spirit and connection to literature. Vulpescu noted that her death marks the loss of one of the last witnesses of the post-war generation. He expressed condolences to her family and emphasized her lasting impact on those who knew her. Fănuș Neagu died in 2011 after a long illness and was buried at Bellu Cemetery.
