A început operațiunea de salvare a 30 de balene beluga, abandonate într-un parc acvatic din Canada după ce a fost închis
The relocation of 30 beluga whales from Marineland Canada has begun, with six whales transported to new homes in the U.S. due to previous controversies surrounding the park. Marineland closed in September 2024, leaving the whales in need of urgent care. The whales were evaluated by veterinarians before being transported in temperature-controlled containers. They have now safely arrived at Shedd Aquarium in Chicago and SeaWorld San Antonio, where their well-being will be closely monitored. The remaining whales will be relocated in the coming months to various aquariums, ensuring their safety and care.
