A crane and a large cutting tool will be used for controlled demolition above the fifth floor, where apartments are inaccessible. Residents will be allowed to retrieve some belongings under supervision. A comprehensive evaluation of the affected apartments has been completed, and safety measures are being implemented for nearby staircases.
