A început greva generală în sănătate. Angajații din peste 400 de spitale din țară participă la protest

The Sanitas Federation has initiated an indefinite general strike in the public health and social assistance system, protesting against the new salary law. Union leader Iulian Pope emphasized that their demands focus on working conditions and fair salaries, not privileges. Over 400 hospitals are participating, ensuring emergency services continue while some non-urgent consultations may be rescheduled. The main grievance is the new salary law, which has been temporarily suspended by the court due to lack of consultation with unions. Sanitas has also sought mediation from President Nicușor Dan, but no meeting has occurred yet.
