The project is part of the CET II Holboca modernization process, with a budget of 49.72 million lei. It will feature over 14,000 solar panels on 1.31 hectares, producing an estimated 9,850 MWh annually. The park aims to enhance energy independence for public services. Future expansions are planned, including a waste-based energy facility.
