After 41 years, a contract for the installation of equipment at the Pașcani Dam has been signed, following a lengthy bidding process. The contract was awarded to DSD Noell GmbH from Germany after overcoming legal challenges. The project, which began in the 1980s, has seen its second bidding procedure, with the contract valued at 93.3 million lei. The winning company is expected to complete the work within three years, followed by a warranty period of up to 20 years.
