CNAIR has resolved key technical issues with the TollRo platform, enhancing its capacity to handle increased traffic and ensuring the functionality of online card payments and account confirmation emails. Following the launch of the Electronic Road Toll System on October 1, 2026, the platform experienced high user interest, with around 4 million visitors and significant transaction volumes. The system's capacity has been expanded to accommodate this demand, and issues with payment processing and email confirmations have been addressed. However, some external communication and data accuracy issues remain under monitoring and resolution.
