Ambassador Victor Micula emphasized the historic nature of this celebration, as Romania, Moldova, and Ukraine observed the day together. The event recognized the efforts of the Romanian community in preserving their language despite challenges. President Zelensky's decree established this day to promote mutual understanding and cultural dialogue.
