The new headquarters of the Târgu-Neamţ Fire Department was inaugurated, funded entirely by the Neamţ County Council with an investment of nearly 12 million lei. The facility spans approximately 1,400 square meters and is designed for the specific activities of firefighters and SMURD teams, featuring spaces for vehicle parking, training rooms, rest areas, changing rooms, and offices. Local and central authorities emphasized the importance of collaboration for citizen safety and the well-being of emergency personnel. The Târgu-Neamţ Fire Department serves a population of over 118,000 across the city and surrounding areas.
