Patria Bank has completed the sale of its 99.9944% stake in SAI Patria Asset Management to BRD Asset Management, enhancing its strategic partnership. Patria Asset Management manages Romania's largest ETF, which has seen significant growth in assets and investor numbers. The company reported a substantial increase in managed assets over the past five years, reaching 1.81 billion lei. The transaction is expected to impact the 2026 profit and loss account positively, with a gross gain of 25.4 million lei.
