The study evaluated 100 islands worldwide based on criteria like natural richness and low traffic. Anafi, with a population of only 300 and no airports, offers serene beaches and a tranquil environment. Stewart Island in New Zealand topped the global list, while Malta was ranked as the most crowded in Europe.
