The Ministry of Health will restart the procurement process for 100,000 BCG vaccine doses to ensure the national vaccination program runs smoothly. In the meantime, stock adjustments will be made between public health departments to distribute available doses where needed. All temporarily unvaccinated children will be vaccinated as soon as the vaccine is available. Health units are advised to schedule appointments for these vaccinations to ensure an organized recovery process. The Ministry will continue to monitor vaccine stocks and distribution to maintain a safe and continuous immunization process nationwide.
