A man from Neamț County was placed in preventive detention for 30 days after assaulting a police officer during his arrest. The individual was intoxicated and had caused a disturbance at home, prompting his wife to call the police. Due to his violent behavior, multiple officers intervened to subdue him. While being escorted to the police vehicle, he continued to act aggressively and struck an officer with his head. He was initially detained for 24 hours before being presented to the court, which ordered his preventive arrest.
