Most inquiries focused on accumulated funds in Pillar 2 and withdrawal conditions. The assistant, available on pilonul2.ro, offers accessible answers regarding private pension systems and is continuously improved based on user interactions. It does not access individual accounts, urging users to avoid sharing personal data. To check personal account values, participants must identify their pension fund through the ASF portal and access their accounts online. APAPR emphasizes the importance of clear information and encourages regular account checks by nearly 2 million Romanians.
