A 13-a noapte de proteste la Arestul Central. Zeci de oameni scandează: “Și noi suntem Călin Georgescu”/”Zi de zi, aici vom fi”

Around 200 supporters of Călin Georgescu gathered outside the Central Arrest on October 11, during the 13th night of protests. They displayed banners and chanted for his release, as he remains in preventive detention for ongoing fraud charges. The demonstrators waved the national flag while police ensured the protest remained peaceful. On October 12, Georgescu is scheduled for multiple court hearings, including a request to replace his preventive arrest with a milder measure, and proceedings at DIICOT regarding his fraud case. Additionally, a hearing is set at the Bucharest Court of Appeal concerning charges against him and others for actions against constitutional order.
