98 milioane de lei pentru sistemul de stocare a energiei în baterii pentru parcul eolian Fântânele-Vest • Newsweek România

The Fântânele-Vest wind farm will implement a battery energy storage system with a capacity of 45.72 MW, costing 98 million lei, co-financed by the Modernization Fund. This project, developed by PPC Renewables Romania, is part of the larger Fântânele-Cogealac wind farm, which is the largest onshore wind farm in Southeast Europe. The investment aims to enhance renewable energy stability and includes necessary infrastructure improvements. The total investment is 98.36 million lei, with 8.33% funded by the Modernization Fund and the developer contributing the rest.
