While AI can enhance productivity, it may also impose additional responsibilities on workers, particularly those who are proficient in its use. The study categorizes employees into three groups based on their AI usage and confidence levels. Notably, advanced users report higher workloads and less meaningful interaction with colleagues. Organizations face the challenge of leveraging these employees' skills without overwhelming them, emphasizing the need for clear policies and support systems to ensure a balanced work environment.
