The Directorate manages 11 rivers and one lake, with fishing primarily targeting salmonids like trout. Fishing permits are issued for recreational purposes, allowing a maximum of ten trout per day. The fishing season runs from April 1 to September 30, and the Directorate regularly stocks fish habitats with trout fry. Monitoring of the fishing areas is conducted by forestry staff, sometimes in collaboration with the gendarmerie, resulting in two recorded violations this year.
