Rezolv Energy has secured up to €561 million for the Dama Solar photovoltaic park in Arad, expected to be the largest onshore renewable energy project in the EU. The financing comes from a consortium of 14 banks, with construction set to begin soon. The park will cover over 1,000 hectares and is projected to produce around 1,800 GWh of electricity annually, representing a significant portion of Romania's solar energy output by 2025. The project is backed by a green loan and includes contracts for difference to ensure revenue stability. Dama Solar is part of Rezolv's broader strategy to expand its renewable energy portfolio in Romania and the region.
