Many high-performing individuals delay seeking help until they can no longer cope. Concerns about mental health disclosure affecting careers are prevalent, with 55% fearing repercussions. Early signs of burnout include persistent fatigue and irritability, while a realistic workload and clear priorities are essential for prevention. The WHO defines burnout as a work-related phenomenon linked to chronic stress.
