45% dintre angajații români sunt în burnout

In Romania, 45% of employees experience burnout, surpassing the EU average of 37%. The OSH Pulse 2025 study reveals that 40% of Romanian workers cite time pressure as a major issue, while 24% report stress, depression, or anxiety. Many employees fear that disclosing mental health issues could harm their careers. High-performing individuals often hide burnout symptoms, continuing to work despite deteriorating emotional and physical health. Commonly, they seek help for insomnia or anxiety rather than burnout itself. Early signs include persistent fatigue and irritability. Productivity may not decline immediately, as employees may take on more tasks. Experts emphasize that preventing burnout requires organizational support, including manageable workloads and open communication.
