A minor earthquake of 3.3 magnitude struck the Vrancea region in Romania at 1:33 am, with a depth of 142.8 km. It was felt near several cities, including Buzau and Brasov. Since September, Romania has experienced 16 earthquakes between magnitudes 2 and 4.1, with the strongest being 4.5 in February.
