25.000 de cereri de validare ROeID sunt în așteptare | ADR anunță măsuri pentru reducerea întârzierilor

The ROeID system currently has around 25,000 pending identity validation requests, with an additional 10,000 new requests daily. The Romanian Digitalization Authority (ADR) has increased its verification team and estimates that the backlog could be cleared within a week. Currently, 40 trained personnel are handling validations, with 19 more being trained. The validation process is mostly manual to prevent fraud and identity alteration. ADR plans to implement automated validation for high assurance levels by October 2026. Until then, a team of about 40 will manage 10,000 to 15,000 requests daily to prevent further backlogs.
