200.000 de lei pentru un atelier de croitorie, prin Start-Up Nation. Șase inculpați, trimiși în judecată pentru tentativă de obținere ilegală de fonduri • Economie Biz Brasov

Six defendants, including three individuals and three legal entities, have been indicted for attempting to illegally obtain nearly 200,000 lei through the Start-Up Nation Romania program. Prosecutors allege that they submitted falsified documents to secure funding for a tailoring workshop. The investigation revealed that one defendant acted as both a legal and de facto administrator of multiple companies, using false declarations about previous financial aid and family ties. The fraudulent attempt was uncovered during a reimbursement request review, leading to the rejection of their payment request. The case has been forwarded to the Brașov Tribunal for resolution.
