The theft occurred on August 27, and police identified the suspects through surveillance footage. The woman was apprehended at the port while attempting to board a ferry to Valencia, and her accomplice was later arrested in San Antonio. During a search, officers found the stolen jewelry concealed in the child's diaper. Both suspects have been presented to judicial authorities after legal procedures were completed.
