Despite these findings, the head of the Pension House dismissed the claims, questioning the Court's methods and refusing to review the affected pensions. The audit revealed additional issues, including incorrect annual point allocations and errors prior to the recalculation mandated by new legislation. The Court estimated a total undervaluation of pension rights exceeding 311 million lei.
