19,031,458 citizens with voting rights registered in Electoral Register at the end of July, according to the Permanent Electoral Authority

As of July 31, 2023, Romania has 19,031,458 registered voters, reflecting a slight increase from June. The majority reside domestically, while a portion holds CRDS passports abroad. Recent changes include removals due to death and the reinstatement of some voting rights. Additionally, new voters turning 18 were automatically registered.
