Ten months after the explosion in Rahova, residents still cannot access their homes. Authorities announced a delay in consolidation works due to the need for seismic sensors installation. Residents may enter their apartments in about 80 days. The mayor indicated that the building might be demolished rather than rehabilitated. Safety works are expected to last around 50 days, and a detailed inspection of all apartments will be conducted. The process includes documenting the condition of each apartment to assess any future damage. After safety measures, residents will be allowed to retrieve their belongings under ISU supervision.
