**What was analyzed:** Ilie Bolojan's statements after consultations with the designated prime minister Luca Niculescu regarding PNL's refusal to enter the government alongside PSD and the liberals' openness to vote for the investiture of the new Executive under certain budgetary conditions. **What sources confirm:** Multiple major media sources confirm that Ilie Bolojan officially announced that PNL will not be part of Luca Niculescu's government, citing a party decision not to govern alongside PSD, but he specified the liberals' willingness to vote for the investiture depending on the program and composition of the Government. **Limitations:** The final decision regarding the investiture vote depends on the subsequent presentation of the list of ministers and the final government program within the internal forum of PNL. **Conclusion:** All statements in the article accurately reflect the declarations and public position assumed by the PNL leader.
