Percheziții la o grupare care ar fi înșelat oameni și în Sibiu: falșii medici cereau bani victimelor

Nine individuals were arrested for committing fraud through a scheme involving fake medical emergencies. Victims were contacted at home and convinced to hand over money for a supposed ventilator needed by a family member. The group is linked to 26 fraud cases across multiple counties, with an estimated loss of 500,000 lei. The police conducted 13 searches in Constanța and Năvodari, seizing cash, jewelry, and other evidence. The suspects, aged 16 to 43, are facing charges and will be presented to the prosecutor for potential preventive detention.
