The Royal Spanish Football Federation announced that the 2027 Supercopa de España will take place in Istanbul at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium. The tournament will feature Barcelona, Real Madrid, Real Sociedad, and Atlético Madrid. This edition will temporarily move from Saudi Arabia, which hosted recent tournaments, due to a scheduling conflict with the Asian Cup. The matches are set for February 2-7, 2027, with semifinals featuring Real Sociedad vs. Real Madrid and Barcelona vs. Atlético Madrid. Barcelona is the current champion after winning the 2026 edition.
