He emphasized the importance of addressing long-standing demands from educators, including aligning starting teacher salaries with the average gross salary. Additionally, there are talks of nearly doubling hourly pay for teachers and introducing differentiated leadership allowances. These measures aim to resolve issues raised by educators and make teaching positions more attractive.
