Au părinții liber în prima zi de școală? Ce prevede proiectul aflat în Parlament și care sunt regulile în 2026
Parents currently do not have a legal right to a day off to accompany their children on the first day of school. A legislative proposal aims to change this by granting a day off for parents of children in preschool, primary, and gymnasium education. The proposal has passed the Senate and is now under discussion in the Chamber of Deputies. If adopted, it would allow parents to take a day off on the first school day, which is set for September 7, 2026. Until the proposal becomes law, parents cannot request this day off from their employers.
