A 38-year-old donor in brain death enabled this operation, supported by a newly established medical team at the local hospital. The mission involved a Black Hawk helicopter for swift transport of medical teams and organs, with contributions from teams in Germany and Switzerland. Organs were sent to both local and international patients, highlighting the importance of timely interventions in organ transplantation.
