Arhimandritul Serafim Baciu: 'Mâna dreaptă a Sfântului Vasile cel Mare va face un prim popas la Mănăstirea Pantocrator'
The right hand of Saint Basil the Great will arrive in Romania on August 28, making its first stop at Pantocrator Monastery in Teleorman. This event coincides with the 30th anniversary of the Diocese of Alexandria and Teleorman and the feast of Saint Alexander, the Patriarch of Constantinople. The relic will be available for veneration for one night, accompanied by traditional prayers and liturgies. The visit is significant for pilgrims, as they can also venerate the relics of Saint Mary Magdalene. After Pantocrator, the relic will be taken to the Episcopal Cathedral in Alexandria for further celebrations until September 2.
