A apărut noul formular ANAF pentru „taxa pe lux”: cine este obligat să îl completeze

Starting January 1, 2026, the tax rate for luxury properties and cars will triple, requiring an updated declaration form from owners. ANAF has released the new Form 216, which can be downloaded from their website. This change is due to the implementation of Law no. 239/2025, which increased the tax rate from 0.3% to 0.9%. The tax will be calculated based on the value exceeding set thresholds for both real estate and vehicles, resulting in significantly higher taxes for owners of high-value assets.
