He expressed optimism about retaining the country's sovereign rating and achieving a stable outlook if reforms continue. Bolojan highlighted the importance of reducing the budget deficit and warned that rising public debt could hinder future investments. He noted that political stability is crucial for rating agencies and criticized the previous government's instability. The adoption of key PNRR projects is seen as a positive step, although significant reforms like the unified salary law remain pending. Bolojan cautioned that the window for fiscal correction is limited, especially with the upcoming electoral cycle.
