Eugen Orlando Teodorovici proposed Marian Vanghelie as a better candidate for the Minister of Finance than the current minister, Alexandru Nazare. He believes Vanghelie's political instinct and ability to question experts would lead to better decisions. Teodorovici criticized current economic leaders for lacking talent and voice. Vanghelie, a former influential PSD leader, has faced legal issues but was recently acquitted of major charges. He is currently involved in separate legal cases regarding alleged financial misconduct.
