Pall-Ex Romania has partnered with BoldMind Capital Partners to acquire the palletized freight transport company for €25 million, supported by a loan from Banca Transilvania. This leveraged buyout allows the management team, led by CEO Danor Ionescu, to focus on technology investments and service expansion. The new ownership structure aims to enhance operational efficiency and respond swiftly to market opportunities. The deal marks BoldMind's first major investment and aligns with its strategy to support growth in private companies across Romania, Bulgaria, and Croatia. Pall-Ex plans to strengthen its market position and improve service quality.
