Major changes have been implemented to meet safety standards, including the installation of compliant medical sinks. The unit will now operate with 33 beds instead of the previous 44 to ensure proper hygiene and spacing. The hospital management is optimistic about receiving final approval from the Ministry of Health soon, allowing for a complete reactivation within a week after disinfection.
