The case involves illegal shipments of high-performance servers equipped with Nvidia chips to China, Macau, and Hong Kong. Nvidia denies any smuggling activities, emphasizing compliance with export regulations. Seven individuals are currently detained, including employees from Super Micro and Albatron Technology, accused of falsifying documents for shipping servers. Previous cases of chip diversion involving Super Micro have also been reported.
