They emphasize that the transaction is fully reversible until October 1, 2026, and that the assets sold were not the same as those purchased in 2021. Nova Power&Gas asserts that the financial arrangements and technology choices were made independently by Nuclearelectrica and RoPower, and their participation in the project remains equal. They also highlight that delays in the purchase were not caused by them.
