A drone that entered Romanian airspace was shot down over Buzau, with debris landing in an uninhabited agricultural area. No casualties or damages were reported. The Romanian Air Force confirmed the interception by an F-16 pilot. RO-Alert was activated to warn residents in several counties about potential falling debris, including in Slobozia, which raised concerns due to its distance from the eastern border. The alert was later extended to other areas, including Braila and Constanta, to ensure public safety.
