Greenvolt majorează finanțarea revolving la 472,5 milioane de euro

Greenvolt, a Portuguese renewable energy group, has increased its revolving credit facility from €315 million to €472.5 million, extending the maturity to July 2029. This refinancing operation aims to support project portfolio development. The financing transaction totals €400 million, initially contracted in 2024, with a modified repayment structure. Four new financial institutions joined the syndicate, which now includes 12 international lenders. The funds will strengthen the balance sheet and finance the next development phase, particularly in Utility Scale projects. Greenvolt operates in 20 countries with a portfolio of 12.8 GW, including various renewable energy projects.
