Meteorologists have issued an orange alert for atmospheric instability, effective from Monday afternoon until 10 PM, while the southern regions remain under a yellow heat alert. Heavy rainfall, strong winds, and hail are expected in various areas, with significant water accumulation. A yellow storm alert will follow in parts of Dobrogea and Muntenia. High temperatures and discomfort will persist in southern Oltenia and Muntenia, with maximums reaching 35 degrees Celsius.
