Ilham Aliev susține că oficiali germani și ruși au mers în secret la Baku să discute oprirea războiului din Ucraina, fără știrea sa

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev claims that high-ranking German and Russian officials held a secret meeting in Baku to discuss the Ukraine war without Azerbaijan's knowledge. He expressed concern over the use of Azerbaijani territory for this meeting, which allegedly took place from July 12-14. Aliyev stated that if the meeting aimed to find solutions for ending the conflict, Azerbaijan would welcome it. Friedrich Merz, a German politician, denied any government involvement in such discussions. The Kremlin was reportedly represented by Valeri Fadeev and Viktor Zubkov.
