Meteorologists have issued an extreme weather alert for 13 counties and Bucharest, predicting heavy rain, hail, and strong winds. The alert is effective from noon until 10 PM. Significant rainfall and hail are expected mainly in Moldova, northern and central Muntenia, northern Dobrogea, and parts of the Southern and Eastern Carpathians. On Monday, severe atmospheric instability will lead to heavy downpours, strong gusts of wind reaching 70-90 km/h, and hail of medium to large size. A yellow alert for atmospheric instability will be in effect from Monday evening until Tuesday morning, with expected rainfall and wind intensification in Dobrogea and Muntenia.
